"Great hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from the main square, which suited us as it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable."

"I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again."

After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one.
