"The property was clean, room including chairs, sofa, bed and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. There was a coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, hair dryer, and iron included in the room. Breakfast was good, with hot selections available-eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, along w waffle maker. Check-in and check-out was easy. Prices were raised for this weekend because of event at SMSU. Otherwise, satisfied with our stay."

"Paul and Ruth have a great property and amazing customer service. I had such an easy time working with them and an enjoyable time staying at their place!! So clean and stocked up and so accessible to everything! "

The biggest problem was on the listing they didn't mention one ofbthe bedrooms was in the basement...would have been fine for teenagers but for our young kids it was scary and they would have had a very hard time finding us through a keypad controlled door and if the choose wrong they would be outside. Made for a very poor night of sleep on our trip. Nice decor, Pillows, sheets and such."

"A five star stay for us, thank you! A great weekend away with young kids. Perfect yard for activities and the dock/water access with maui mat was easy entertainment. The cleanliness, amenities/details and communication with hosts made it an easy and comfortable weekend away!"

Fans did help keep those rooms cooler. The rest of the home was comfortable temperature wise.was perfect for what we needed."

"Our group consisted of 7 adults and 3 teenagers. This property was perfect for us, with plenty of space inside and out to make ourselves comfortable. Everything is neat and clean, and attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and more, bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and gathering space is great on both levels and outdoors. We enjoyed a wonderful campfire one evening in the firepit! Some awesome perks provided by the host were eggs and bacon in...
