"La atención en checking"

"The room and bathroom smells like sewer, carpet really disgusting. The bed was OK comfortable and the noise of the AC unit was awful."

"Great hotel to stay close to Texas tech!"

"We have stayed here several times. This was our first for this fall season. We were on the 2nd floor. There was a huge bag of trash at the top of the steps on Friday afternoon and it was still there at checkout on Sunday. I reported it on sat. It was smelling bad. The carpet was dirty. Pieces of small trash in the hall. Our room did not get serviced, there was no sign anywhere indicating it would not be cleaned/made up. The price was good with Expedia. I’m hoping it was just an odd weekend and...

"Best hotel in Lubbock. Nice rooms, restaurant, grounds. Wish the rooms had microwaves and a hot tub would be nice. Otherwise perfect."

"When we got there after my husband’s eye surgery, the room smelled pretty musty and then we found the bedding had not been changed on either bed. I took pictures and showed the staff at the front desk and they asked what we want them to do. Really? I asked if we can get the bedding changed on at least 1 bed so we can sleep. "Clean room with comfortable bed. Good selections on hot breakfast."

"Nasty motel"

"Overall this was a good stay and experience."

"🙂"

"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! The shower wouldn’t drain, the elevator didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the door was open when we arrived back to the hotel. Seriously angry with this stay!!!"

"Had a great overall experience; however, our water pressure in the shower in our room was terrible. I asked other people if their rooms had the same issue and they said no, so I guess it is an issue solely with this room. Just thought I'd mention so you can pass along to hotel management. Also, they need to fix the elevator door. It seems broken and about to come off its track. Thank you, Jason"
