"Nice hotel , inside an antique building . Rooms are a little small , not much room for storage . Food is great . Maybe parking could be an issue , as it’s kinda far from the hotel , and difficult to find sports nearby when arrival"

"It's our second time staying here. Content with everything. The only thing to improve, better pillows. Too hard or not enough. "

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "

"Excellent rooms. Hotel excellently taken care of. Clean, efficient, spacious and centrally locates. Staff are professional and always ready to accomodate client's needs."

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. My family felt safe and comfortable and have recommended to other traveling family. "

"Very nice place, clean, with everything you need. The view is awesome, very clean outdoor bath. 10/10"

"Wonderful new hotel right next to the central square in the old part of Latacunda. Easy walk to restaurants. On Premise parking. Staff very helpful"

"Una propiedad tradicional y bien ubicada"

"They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances"

"Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times."

"No use la reserva pero fue cobrada la noche. No hay donde reclamar ni cómo pedir devolución"

"We loved this hotel. The room was clean, the common area was wonderful to hang out in. And the food was delicious! We are vegetarian and they served us excellent dinners. The staff is really great and friendly! We will definitely stay here again. "

"Very quiet and safe "

" We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)"

"This hacienda is absolutely gorgeous, decorated with antiques. The owners are very welcoming, breakfast was good, and you can pet the cows and horses. We loved it here!"
