The room gets bright by 5+ (sun rises) even with curtains drawn. Location is within 7mins walk from Matsumoto station and decent breakfast buffet. "

They don’t shower before entering the pool, they don’t shower before entering sauna or afterwards jumping in the spa from sauna…. They talk loudly when in groups…. there are signs about the rules but I believe there should be on other languages other than English and Japanese….."
