"Very unique property and restaurant is delicious as well and portions were definitely more than we expected. The corner tower room we stayed in was impressive. It was definitely worth the side quest stop to stay here as our halfway point to Tennessee. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay I highly recommend."

"Very nice place. Carla, the breakfast attendant, goes above and beyond."

"Rooms near front were nosey. Verify restaurant hours and days before booking. Not always open."

"This property was difficult to find late at night, but Josh stayed with me on the phone til I got there (my GPS wasn't working). The staff is so friendly (met most of them on our 2 night stay) and attended to any request we had! We were in the handicap room, new sink, toilet & shower. Bed clean and good. Nice towels. Only "problem" is that the carpet has to go and they are working on it. Good breakfasts. Would stay there again for the price we paid."

"Overall it was a great!"

"The room was unclean with visible dust and cobwebs in multiple locations. I killed three spiders…. one IN the bed, one in the shower and one on the coffee station. I checked out a day early because the room smelled strongly of mold… so much so, that I sneezed and coughed all night and woke up sick!! Management never even offered up an apology. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody."

"Staff at the property were very unhelpful. Vague when we checked in, then showed no sign of acknowledgement when passing through reception, then refused to help us get us any prepackaged breakfast items when 5 minutes passed the breakfast closing time - after nobody told us the closing time was 10am on a Sunday and we should have prebooked a late breakfast. Rooms were nice but no warmth or friendly service here."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful"

"The breakfast area needed some improvement. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable."

"It was OK, but I will never stay there again because I was charged after I paid in cash. They charge my card and got cash out of me and will not fix it so instead of me paying 595 I paid 1190 dollars and they will not fix it and we are not pet friendly"

"What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some."

"Room very much up to date. Easy access to Inn and room"

"This property is smack dab in the middle of the host family's horse farm which makes for some stunning views and beautiful morning and evening walks. When I arrived, Justin (co-host) was at the barns and came over to the rental to greet me and and to make sure there was nothing immediate that I needed. The place was spotless and very well appointed. During our stay there were students taking lessons from Justin's wife, and we were invited to watch the lessons, walk through the barns if we...

"Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, soft beds, close to Keeneland. Highly recommend!"

"The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked with various items, tons of space and had great communication from the host. The master bedroom was really incredible."

"Well maintained historical farm cabin located in a beautiful country setting. Close to many local attractions. Comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time! "

"Great location with easy access to downtown and all amenities! Will be back in the future, hard to beat this spot."
