"When we checked in it seemed to be ok. The man at the desk was very nice. We picked a king room with a couch to relax on. We checked into room 216 on the quiet side of hotel. We were shocked how the room looked. The couch had so many stains on it I would not sit on it. It looked like someone spilled all over it and it had holes stitched together. "The hotel is new and very well maintained. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. The beds were perfect for us, the pillows were the perfect firmness and the layout was spacious. My only complaint (and it’s not even a complaint), is that there are no full length mirrors. The only mirror is the one in the bathroom which makes it difficult for 2 people to get ready simultaneously."

"We loved this little getaway for the weekend! The hobbit house was very clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities and nice gift bag provided. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. My kids had a lot of fun feeding the goats and taking a ride on the paddle boat. The host Dean was fantastic! I have never had a host so nice and accommodating. We plan to return to the Sasquatch Ranch! Definitely recommend. "
