"This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. "Das Hotel ist sehr groß und hat eine tolle Lage nahe am Wasser. Wer es eher ruhig und gemütlich mag sollte jedoch woanders einchecken. Für ein kurzes Wochenende oder eine Geschäftsreise kann man sich auf ein modernes und schlichtes Zimmer freuen. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Reinigung. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn auch einmal schnell durchgesaugt worden wäre. Leider wurde nur der Mülleimer geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. "

We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"Nice room stylish hotel good location near the metro friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr pharmacy, several bars, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. You can walk to several main sights including Tivoli from the hotel. I was there a week and can't find anything to complain about. If I return to Copenhagen I will stay here again. "

"Fantastic hotel in perfect location close to metro and a great base to explore all of Copenhagen. The staff at reception were superb - very friendly & helpful. It was almost a 10/10 stay, the only (small!) issue was that we had two single duvets on our double bed, which I couldn’t get on with. But apart from that the hotel is highly recommended!!!"
