"The room was musty smelling and everything felt damp. The carpeting was so filthy it was almost sticky feeling on your bare feet. Bathroom was clean but did not fill the toilet paper up. Left nearly empty rolls and no extras. It advertises a pool but there is no pool. The ice from the ice machine tasted terrible. Most of the front desk staff we encounter did not hardly speak or understand English. I do not recommend this place and we will not be staying there again. I would sleep in my car...

"LOVED our stay at Lake Escape! We had 3 families stay for "cousin camp", which included 8 kids ages newborn - 9, and everyone had an absolute blast! The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need for cooking, plenty of sleeping space with beds and 2 huge couches, tons to do at the lake, fully stocked game cabinet, and the detached man cave was excellent for the adults to be loud watching sports and playing games late into the night while the children were safe and sound sleeping in the main...
