"My 9 DAY STAY with the children paid in full ~ due to having to be out of my home while all flooring is being replaced. The pool had NO AIR WHATSOEVER!! I requested help multiple times and was told a part was on order!! Had to open exterior door to try and even breathe while kids played. Not even one open window with 100+ outside temp. Housekeeping was a 100% JOKE!! They not only didn't change bedding but when I placed placard on bed that asks for fresh linens I was told they weren't a HIGH...

"The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person. "This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin."

"Such a fun and secluded spot in a great location close to Devils Den State Park. The new turf that has been added to the area around the pond and the mini soccer field was an unexpected bonus that our kids really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing and playing games on the turf. We stayed two nights and once we checked in we only left for a couple of hours to go to Devils Den, otherwise, there was enough to do on the property that the kids didn't want to leave.
