"Excellent location right beside spa area. So easy to get around. Parking just outside the hotel was easy to handle with app, and reasonably priced. Meals were good. The relaxation pool was adequate (not great compared to other spa hotels that are larger, but fine.)"

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Unser gesamter Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm und entspannend. Wir bekamen ein sehr geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf die Stadt und zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die defekte Klimaanlage. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin Anastasia herzlich und aufmerksam empfangen, was den Ton für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt vorgab.
