"Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly."

"The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies."

"During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again."

"The room was clean and no real signs of wear. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. Parking seemed ok. Unsure if there were additional spots along the back or side of property."

"To begin, upon our arrival, there were several individuals in the lobby who appeared to be local residents loitering in the area. The lobby itself was generally unclean, creating a poor first impression. The elevator was also dirty, and the hallway leading to our room had a strong animal odor. "Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved"
