When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. "Stay away from the “budget” rooms. You wont find any pictures of them, and for good reason. They are disgusting and depressing. Imagine a particularly horrible prison cell reserved for the worst kind of prisoner, and you wont be far off. Austere, dark and cramped. From the outside they look like the toilet block, and from the inside you'd wish you were staying in one instead. We had to leave immediately upon entering and couldn't get a refund. But it was worth paying to NOT stay there."

"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"This was my first time staying in this apartment and i can tell you that this place was fantastic, I can't commend them high enough. I ran extremely late for my check in,which was amazing as they allowed me in before 2pm and I was able to receive a late checkout which was even better due to my situation.
