"Staff was overall very nice and friendly. Included parking, although we were warned to not park along the back because of the golf course. Good location with a quick walk to the beach. Nice lobby and overall good amenities. However, the big amenity we booked based off of was a restaurant onsite and the ability to get breakfast since we had an infant. Restaurant was closed and there was no mention that we could find about it. The room, while big, was not very clean with dust and hair balls and didn't look well vacuumed. Our tissue box was basically empty and two of our towels had stains on them. There were multiple walls that had stains on them and a large section if the floor was sticky. "

"It's a nice little spot. But if you pay for a premium room with a balcony & a view, beware, they put us on the first floor with a baby gate separating us from the tint pool and the bar. And, half of the "view" was obstructed because they put an outdoor shower in front of the "balcony", so it was just a chair in a tiny boxed in corner. To know I paid as much for this room as the people on the third story bothers me quite a bit... But, the staff? Bar none! Friendly, helpful, goes above and beyond. Just don't try to call, because my God... The system they have is a mess! If you're expecting a similar experience to a Margaritaville hotel, you won't get that here. The breakfast is ok- but it's not the high-end experience you pay for. But the beds are comfy, and it's nice. I will not stay again. It's more of a $150-$200 experience. Hilton's delivery MUCH better for the price we paid."

"Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful upon our check in. Our bathroom was gorgeous. But the room smelled musty and the pull out bed had no sheets, blankets, nor pillows. "

"I did not enjoy a place that was not cleaned appliances was dirty. Microwave was dirty rusted out stove was dirty and had rust on it. Refrigerator had rust on it. No part of the apartment was clean to the degree that it should’ve been. It has not been vacuumed. The sheets were dirty. it was not the kind of place I would ever run again."

"The room was updated and very clean! However, I strongly dislike it when the advertising for the resort doesn't state when amenities listed, aren't available. Had i known the splash pad was broken and the indoor pool, hot tub was also unavailable I would not have booked there. Also, I didn't like that you could so loudly hear tge people above us. It sounded like a heard of elephants above us. When I asked for more coffee, I was sent to find the maintenance/ housekeeping building vs it being available at the front desk where it was supposed to be. If I'm staying 3 nights I would expect coffee for three nights. I probably won't stay here again but the rooms themselves were great ."
