This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is truly a cut above with phenomenal views from a spacious fourth-floor balcony. The property is conveniently located right across Gulf Shore Drive from the sugar white sand beach and emerald green waters. You will surely love the amazing sunsets! The master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, a private master bathroom, and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a full, hall bath with easy access from the main area and guest bedroom. The living room has a cozy sofa, coordinating furnishings, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, access to the oversized balcony which is directly overlooking the canal side with amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico also. There is an upscale fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with bar stools, and a dining area seating a total of six. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Checking in was an extremely frustrating experience. My family and I were initially given the gate codes the day before checking in, but they were for May-July. I had to reach out to Vacasa to receive the correct codes for August. The most frustrating part was that we were told that our parking pass and beach access card would be ready in our unit by the time we arrive. When we arrived, there were no cards. I immediately reached out to Vacasa, and they gave me the number of the local on-site manager. When I called him, he was out of the office by then, and his voicemail said he would be out of the office for the next 2 days. We ended up parking in the lot nearby, which was manageable, but we had no access to the beach the next morning. I messaged back and forth with Vacasa, who told me repeatedly that the cards were in the unit (but they were not). They told me to check random spots, and my family and I tripled checked and, of course, did not find them. I then asked to speak to an agent over the phone. I talked to someone, who said they would try to call the local manager. I informed them again I had already tried multiple times, but they attempted with no luck. Thankfully, they got in touch with another manager, who was responsive and coordinated with the on-site manager to give us the cards. Overall, the condo was beautiful, and the location was great, but the logistics to check-in were stressful, and I did not appreciate the back-and-forth and the lost time at the beach.

The customer service was terrible from Vacasa. They never gave me my beach access badge, the condo wasnt in the best shape, the office was closed the entire time we were there. So every problem we had we couldn't talk to anyone about it. Everytime I called vacasa they gave me the run around about everything. Pretty much told me.to deal with it. Couldnt even give me one night free! Heck i couldnt even get an I'm sorry for ruining my vacation.

This condo was great. It was not close to a public beach as indicated but was overall a comfortable stay. Would book again if needed.

This is a beautiful condo in a wonderful location. It is clean and well equipped to prepare meals. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacasa is terrible

We have been staying at this property for several years. This time when we arrived the refrigerator was broken. I reported it immediately as we had already picked up several hundred dollars of groceries expecting our condo to have a functioning refrigerator. Vacasa is who the issues had to be reported too and they could have cared less. They never sent anyone to fix the problem for the entire week. Not only did this cause a loss of groceries but forced us to eat out every meal. And my son has a special medicine that needs to remain cold so this was also an issue. Like I said, I communicated all of This to Vacasa. They did nothing and were awful to try and commhbut are with. Other issues included beach access which was incorrect and finally at checkout we warned the cleaning crew of the refrigerator issue. The lady shook her head and said she’s been reporting issues with that appliance to Vacasa for weeks and nothing has been done. We will find a new place to stay. Terrible!

Should be promoting the sunsets!

Had a lovely time with myself, two teenage daughters, and one of their friends. Condo is surprisingly spacious. Master shower still needs to be recaulked, but that's a small thing in comparison to the whole condo. Access to the beach through a walkway between two private condos across the street. If you haul a lot to the beach, bring a cart or something to make life easier on yourself. Beach is very private (no public access in that area) so it's nice and quiet. But what they don't advertise in the listing is the AMAZING sunsets you get from the balcony. Every night was a spectacular show, and the balcony is large. Wish I could post pictures here. Rental comes with one roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, and samples of shampoo, conditioner, and soap (both bathrooms), as well as small dish soap, laundry soap, and two dishwasher pods. A good amount of towels, but no "beach" towels (not a downside, just something to be prepared for).

Last Minute Getaway for My Aunt and Myself

Although there were a few minor things that needed attention (master bath toilet paper holder was coming loose from the wall, couldn't get the coffee maker on counter to work; we found one in a cabinet that worked fine!, patio end table had cracked top), we managed and found everything else in good working order. As we did not have children with us I wasn't concerned but would highly recommend the table and toilet paper holder be replaced or removed for safety. We were there for the beach and for a couple of older women over 50, we had no problem getting from the condo to the beach everyday with chairs, umbrellas and various bags. Condo location was perfect with a variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping. We ate in and cooked for most of our meals and had sandwiches and fruit on the beach each day. We loved the condo floor plan, the decor was homey and spacious with room enough for 8. We would love to come back in the future with more family members. Beach was beautiful and had wonderful weather. Could see the Gulf from the balcony or out our front door. Only complaint was parking space in the garage for the appointed condo. We were parked next to a large vehicle and my relative's car was hit twice by the other cars doors. We didn't notice until the last morning when we stopped for breakfast before leaving town. My aunt usually parks in handicap spaces because of her back issues and this was the only place we parked where we were close to another car. We never had opportunity to speak with the owners but we would definitely come again. At times we thought we were the only people using the elevator. Very quiet and peaceful. Everyone (locals) were very friendly welcoming, and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay!

This unit and property was very quiet and very clean. Our unit was very spacious, spotless and all furnishings and decor were really nice and cozy and represented the beach. There is a private beach access across the street 1 block and the beach and water were beautiful. Although we did not use the pool because it was cold, the pool area was beautiful. We highly recommend this property and will return some time in the summer with our children and grandchildren.

The location is great! Beautiful views of the ocean and harbor. Very nice pool. Condo is average. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Paper products (tissue and paper towels) are the cheapest I’ve ever seen. You will need to bring your own. Overall, it is a beautiful location!

Great place!

The condo was perfect! It’s bigger than the pics and we loved the view from the balcony. We were given an incorrect gate code and instructions for parking weren’t clear but the office was very quick to respond by text which was nice. We also had a problem one night with no parking spaces when we returned from dinner. The entire gated parking lot for the complex was full and there is no other lot or place to park. I had to sit in the parking lot for almost 20 minutes waiting to see if some one would leave. The person that I called for help told me to park behind another car and block them in and when they honked for someone to come move the car I would hear them and could get their space! That was crazy and I told her that the person who was blocked in would call a tow truck not honk their horn. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely stay again.
