Sleeps up to eight in a restful Seely KING bed ensuite, TWO comfy Seely QUEENS in second bedroom with hall bath, and upgraded QUEEN mattress sleeper sofa bed. As a bonus, this unit has a cozy fireplace and it’s own washer/dryer!
Indulge in a meal or favorite beverage from your perch on the east facing second story DECK; perfectly placed for VIEWS of the refreshing pool, restful green lawn, or watching the sun or moon rise over the sugar sand and aquamarine water, but shaded from the hot afternoon sun.
Cook-in, cook-out or go out. Enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the pots (ie, both types of coffee pots, instapot, crock pot..) community BBQ area, or Gulf-front foodie favorites nearby.

Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool, beach volley ball, a large grass courtyard, summer family activities, and more. Family activities are free for everyone! They are offered during June and July. For Movie night Monday join us in the courtyard to watch a family-friendly movie on our 16ft blow up movie screen. Movie starts at sunset! Come join us on the pool deck Wednesday for s’mores night around our fire pits. Live music performed. Enjoy sweet treats with us from 7pm- 9 pm. Pool Party Friday starts at 7pm! We have party lights, laser lights, glow sticks, and music for all to enjoy. Join the fun from 7pm-9 pm!
