Loved the location, balcony see view. Saw sunrise and sunset and what a picture. Staff were amazing booked our taxis, trains to Venice. Gave us advise and always helpful. Breakfast had everything you could ask for amazing. Bedrooms ,beds comfortable and clean overall a perfect hotel for our trip

This is a lovely hotel and much better than 3 stars suggests. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble.

The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. Valentina, Enrico and Asia were truly wonderful.. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the lake was truly amazing from a great balcony.. Breakfast was perfect and the dining staff was as lovely and pleasant as everyone else we met.. We will definitely stay at Hotel Riviera again!!! Thank you everyone !! WE highly recommend this hotel!!

The property was clean and safe. Very close to the train station and Como Lake. The only problem is that is located in the third floor and no elevator. The stairs are dark during the night without iluminación. But everything was clean and a safe area.

Breakfast was decent to save some euro and it was clean. When we arrived at 3pm it was too late for them to set up a rollaway bed for our 4 yr old. The beds were uncomfortable . The location is on a busy street with a bar beside them that plays very loud musaic until 10-11pm some nights.

Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future.

Excellent location. The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained. The hot water was unavailable for a short time, but the issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The young students working there did a great job. We would be very happy to stay here again. Many thanks
