"I'll start by saying if I could give this property 6 stars I would. We had an exceptional experience at Kardaris Villa. The home and property were absolutely beautiful. I use the term home because house is a place you stay. A home comes furnished with love and the hosts, Dennis and Sandy, have definitely poured their hearts and souls into making this a place you want to stay. Their hospitality was 2nd to none. The home was stocked with all the basic staples one needs from food, water and even beer in the refrigerator to toiletries in both bathrooms. The home was clean, neat and obviously well cared for. The pool was phenomenal and refreshing. The grounds were beautiful. Tsilivi beach was a few minutes' drive with plenty of shops, tavernas and of course the beach. The Villa was a welcome place to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. We were at the property for 4 days but could have spent the entire summer! The property is private and secure yet close to everything you might need. There is an Olive Press 2 mins away which was a wonderful stop. I would highly recommend staying at Kardaris Villa. On our return to Zakynthos, this will be our go to place to stay. Thank you again for making our vacation in Greece and stay on the island so memorable!"

"We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities. Our room had several issues: - water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things. - leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water - phone in room not working - supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room. When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems. The only positives: - price point - location "

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. It just provided some quiet background music to our al fresco dinner, which we found quite pleasant. The garden is tired and needs attention and the loungers could do with replacing. However, we enjoyed the pool very much and it was well serviced while we were there. The villa provides the best cleaning service we have ever experienced (from many holidays). A cleaning team came every other day, to clean and replace towels. The kitchen equipment is very basic, without an oven but a decent enough hob, kettle and a good fridge/freezer. The addition of an air fryer could easily solve it, and a few more pans and plates would be good. The villa doesn’t have an information book on site and though we had a phone number for a local contact it was very hard to get an answer from them. A book with WiFi password, where to find the fuse box (as the electricity tripped while we were there) etc would be useful. We did have slightly more success with the office number and the localcontact was really helpful when we locked ourselves out. The villa is good value for money though could easily be updated a little. "
