Tranquil 2-bedroom at Red Rocks & Chatfield ~ Winter Wonderland

Spacious and decked out with tons of perks!

20 minutes to Red Rocks and only a 5 minute drive to Chatfield Reservoir, there is a ton to stay active with around the condo.

Inside, you'll find all your cooking needs & more + a gas grill on the balcony. Kick back for TV - we've got Disney, Amazon, Peacock and Spotify. The front office area and 2 car garage are most loved by guests, along with a well stocked kitchen.

Here at the grounds there is a pool and hot tub for use, seasonal. You are welcome to use the 2 kayaks, fishing gear or the sleds for winter. The 2 car garage is really nice to have during the winter and it’s all yours too. There's a studio which is occupied sometimes below this home, it has its own entrance through the backyard under the balcony. There is a Ring camera facing the walkway to the front door, which you are welcome to disconnect once arriving.

Wedding trip

Overall the house was nice and clean. And very convenient to a wedding we attended The owner was quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. A few side notes. We didnt realize all bedrooms were upstairs although it might have been mentioned on the website. And none of us had any issue with stairs so not a problem for us at all There were no closets available in one room and a half closet in another. I don’t pack light so I had many things to hang up. There were some places throughout the house that had hooks for hanging a few items.

Great place, great location

Very nice and well-kept place. Three bedrooms, master bath, full kitchen, quiet neighborhood, plenty of things to do nearby, lots of shopping & restaurant options. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding in Littleton, CO

A friend and I attending a wedding in Littleton, and the location and neighborhood of this VRBO was perfect. This is a condo in a nice subdivision with a garage. The check in was easy and the owner was very receptive to anything we needed. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

Just absolutely wonderful! Such good energy, very comfortable & clean. Perfect size for my family if 4. My kids & I loved the crystals & dreamcatchers everywhere. The pool which was a short walk away, was really nice & clean & was perfect after a long day & a hot afternoon. Char was great & on top of communication & thought of everything. Definitely a home away from home.

Perfect base for exploring!

Cozy home base for exploring local attractions and getting authentic feel for the area. We were minutes from Red Rocks and about an hour from Colorado Springs. The condo was clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities. Char was a great host, and the stay helped make our trip one for the ages! 10/10!

Small family reunion

We chose this rental because it was convenient access for three of my siblings. The 10 of us had a great two days. Only my wife and I over-nighted, everyone else were day visitors. The property is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee, spices, and condiments provided. The owner quickly responded to an inquiry. For us this was a wonderful place to gather.

Wonderful property. It was clean and plenty of room. Beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Quiet and safe neighborhood, would highly recommend. Was able to smoke outdoors, which was a plus.

Was tranquil

The place was perfect. Felt comfortable and warm during the cold weather. Communication with Charlotte was easy and friendly. Best part, we had our own garage and access directly into the unit.

Nice place have a little break from life

The property is cute and enjoyable. Nice having a full kitchen to be able to make dinner and breakfast. A little disappointed as we had expected. The listing was a little unclear on that. Overall nice easy stay.

The owner is fabulous. Communication was top notch. The made sure that everything met our needs. When she found out that we were tea drinkers she ordered and had delivered a teapot.

Wonderful place to stay

Char was super helpful. A few times we needed to speak with her she was always available and responded quickly. The condo was very comfortable. She supplied anything you may need. We look forward to staying at her condo again when we return to Denver. Additionally it was in a great location. Parking was right out the front door. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

Property is not for everyone

Pictures show small patio yard area, however you do not have access to that. If you have pets you have to walk a ways to get to grass. There was also someone living in the basement and you could hear their conversations. There was a plug in air freshner in literally every room is was nauseating. We had to leave windows open. Someone clearly lives in the property and leaves for guests. What you could and could not use in cabinets and frig was not clear at all. Beds comfy and clean.

Great Location!

Short drives to everything we wanted to do - eating (Breckenridge Brewery), shopping (right down the street to grocery store/shopping center), and Red Rocks. The house/condo was warm & cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed (towels, shampoos, laundry soap etc). We would have liked to have been asked if we minded/informed about having a camera in the living room, though. Front Doors entrance areas it's understood and expected, inside not so much.
