Lovely historic place near great restaurant within walking distance. Stefania greeted us upon arrival and was a delight! Kate’s breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked lemon loaf and a spinach quiche was delicious! Can’t wait to stay again!
Loved everything about the property. The Inn Keeper was knowledgeable about the history of the property and the chef made an amazingly delicious breakfast!
Highly recommend this B & B
A wonderful bed and breakfast with awesome breakfast provided and friendly staff! Decent amount of parking in back and some in front. Easy walk to lot of restaurants! Would recommend! Top notch!
We had a fabulous experience! The service from the staff and the breakfast provided was amazing! Our artist suite was also tastefully decorated. We greatly appreciated the local recommendations also provided.
Such a cute place on a quiet street. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to enjoy it in the garden. Definitely will be back!
We recently stayed 5 nights at the B&B. It is conveniently located and walking distance to LoDo, Coors field and many restaurants. Breakfasts were amazing and well prepared. The hosts are very friendly and made suggestions for activities. Highly recommend!
If staying in a wonderfully restored piece of Denver history isn’t enough, the breakfast and homemade cookies will be the icing on the cake! Great place to stay! We had a great time!
We had a wonderful stay! Breakfast every morning was a gourmet meal cooked by the owner. He was very accommodating about food allergies. He had a lot of tips for us as to what to do around town. The location was great as well. Very close to great food options for other meals (many of which are in a book the Queen Anne provides for you to peruse local options) and very near the Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Art Museum, Science Museum. We stayed in the artist suite with a private hot tub. It was very well maintained and clean. I would recommend this bed and breakfast over and over. Hope to visit Denver again just to get to stay here!
The staff was exceptional! The breakfasts were delicious and the daily cookies were yummy. Parking was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay there!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
we enjoyed the stay, breakfast was wonderful but after we finished eating 9:00 they were already cleaning our room. checkout is at 11:00 and we where heading back to the room to lounge for a bit. we were unable too because all bedding and towels were gone.
We were greeted upon arrival and given a brief tour to show us around the property and amenities. We stayed in the Rooftop room with its own semi-private patio and hot tub for two. The room was cozy. The shower is small and would be challenging for someone on the taller side, such as our 6’7” son-in-law but it worked just fine for us. Breakfasts are amazing—delicious, and cooked according to our preferences and needs. The staff also baked delicious cookies the two afternoons we were there. Finally the location was great. Close enough to everything that we could walk, which we mostly did, or take an inexpensive Uber. We will happily stay here again when we’re back in Denver.
Always enjoy staying at The Queen Anne, this was my third visit and will continue to return in the future. Great accommodations in the city and the breakfast is delicious.
I’ve stayed at this property several times while traveling for work and my lodging experience is usually the highlight of the trip. The staff is beyond accommodating, and genuinely nice. The owner is very hands on and makes the absolute best omelet! I love that they incorporate some of their in property grown vegetables for the hot breakfast offered daily. The rooms are clean and can’t say enough about the mattresses and the sheets. Super soft and comfortable. Every visit is a new discovery! Can’t wait to go back.
We absolutely loved our time in the Aspen Room. The room itself was so cute, featuring a fantastic layout and eye-catching artwork. It was also great to have the comfort and convenience of our own private bathroom. The hospitality here really shines. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout our visit. The grounds are also a joy to explore—the garden in the back was beautiful, and I loved the unique touch of having different vegetables planted in the front. They provide great amenities like a guest refrigerator, and the food was a major highlight. Breakfast was delicious and amazing, and the tasty snow cookies provided for guests in the dining room were the perfect extra touch. We would definitely stay here again!
This is a true gem in Denver and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff really takes care of their guests. The rooms are unusual and may not be for everyone, but found it very comfortable and welcoming.
This was such a cool place. The innkeeper was so friendly and helpful, and she made the best cookies! The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet and cool in the room. Bathroom was spotless. 10/10 highly recommend!
Really awesome experience including friendly staff. Nicole greets you with a smile. The chef/owner wows you with the most yummy breakfast in the main dining! The facilities are charming and well kept for the age. The location is extremely practical for navigating downtown Denver. 10/10 recommend!! Wish we would have discovered this spot for our entire trip.
What an urban gem! We were very comfortable with lots of walkable parks, restaurants, bars, and even the ball park! The staff were all amazing and very accommodating. We enjoyed talking to the owner who is also a great chef. We will definitely return if back in Denver!
