The condo is 800 square feet and recently completely renovated with new floors, new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new bathroom. The condo has amazing mountain views from every room. The two bedrooms both have comfy queen beds and large closets! The condo also comes with full access to the gym, pool and hot tub! The community is pet friendly with many great walking trails right outside the front door.

You will have access to the entire condo as well as the community's gym, pool and hot tub - a short walk or drive from our condo at 1290 Golden Circle

If there are any issues that arise during your stay, we live very close by and and are happy to assist with whatever you need!

This is a very safe and friendly neighborhood. What we love most is the amazing western facing sunset views every night You will love hanging on the patio and taking in the mountain views year round! Downtown Golden is only a few minutes away and has many great restaurants, boutiques, parks and breweries for you and your family to enjoy.

Getting around is very easy from the condo! Whether you would like to walk, drive or call an Uber, the condo is situated in a great location to easily get to I-70 or 6th Avenue for wherever you would like to go.

Pets are welcome; but subject to approval please let us know about the pets you would like to travel with. If approved there is a $250 per pet fee.

The front desk requires a very short rental agreement on file to issue the parking pass.

-The front office requires a short rental agreement to be on file for the issuance of the parking pass. Airbnb's policies will still apply to the reservation.
-For VRBO AND BOOKING.COM reservations, a signed rental agreement may be required
