Amazing Location! 2-minute walk to TWU and 15-minute walk to the square. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will feel so at home in this quiet, cozy oasis. Have the best sleep in the super comfortable king-sized bed! Wake up and sip your coffee on the deck. Take a stroll across the street to a tranquil green space. Have kids? There is a park with a pool and play structure directly across the street.

The space is modern, very clean and comfortable. It is fully equipped with anything you would need. The bedroom has a King-sized bed, and the sofa bed is amazingly comfortable. There is a TV in the living room with free access to HULU. There is fast Wi-Fi too! Central air conditioning to keep you cool.

The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and family friendly. There is a large park across the street. It has an outdoor pool and multiple play structures. You can easily walk to TWU in 5 minutes. Coffee shops and restaurants are a 5–10-minute walk away. The square and downtown Denton is less than 15-minute walk. Ample parking available for free. You can access the suite with a self-check in.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Directly across the street from a large green space. Playground equipment, library and outdoor pool in green space. There is a visitor pass to put in your car so you can park right by the apartment. There is also plenty of street parking and easy to walk to close amenities and Texas Woman`s University. The downtown square is less than 15 minutes walk away.

Walking to close by restaurants and shops is easy and safe. Access many places within a 5 minute walk. The main square is less than 15 minutes walking. Texas Woman`s University is directly beside the property.

Late check out fee: Check out is at 10am unless otherwise arranged with the host prior to check out.
