"Loved this hotel, we were only there for 1 night as we were going to Lombok early the next day. Bed was so so amazingly comfortable, best ever. Food was ok, breakfast buffet needs work. Food wasn't hot or even warm."

"We stayed here 5 nights with a 2 year old. I was nervous booking such a beautiful hotel with a toddler. There were a lot of children also staying here and there was an amazing kids club. The service was 10/10. Always was asked if anything else they can do for us or the room. This was such an amazing hotel and was sad to leave. We used the push bikes one afternoon and that was great. The only downside was that it was a little bit away from the main road where all the shopping and restraunt are. We also had a pram so lots of walking. Beach front has some amazing food stops. 20 min walk to shops ect I would be back! But for an even more better beautiful room!"

"If you’re looking for amazing customer service, large and comfortable rooms, amazing buffet breakfast, two large swimming pools, and a wonderful spa - The Meru Sanur is an excellent choice. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and we can’t wait to come back."

"It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet. the complementary foot massage was AMAZING after a long day of travel, and the complementary coffee and breakfast was something to write home about top shelf!! I would give this place a 5 star but the price vs needed maintenance and dropped my rating."

"Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When I enquired afterwards, then they said they couldn't find it. Now there were other staff members who were really helpful but some just weren't. Also, the pool was dirty."
