Well-maintained holiday home near the sea and the city, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with beautiful sea views. From the (non-enclosed) parking area, you reach the house entrance via some steps. The property has an independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, one bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for winter months (ask for price) and there is also a fireplace in the living room but it cannot be used. Next to the parking area there is a large storage room with a washing machine. The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants 1km and the city 2km.According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire are not allowed from 1 June to 15 October.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
