Charming duplex penthouse with sea views, with an unbeatable location, just 200 m from the sandy beach, and 1.50km from Dénia port. Very close to restaurants and supermarkets. On the first floor there is a room with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and another room with a trundle bed, which can be opened, if necessary, a bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, and living room. In addition to a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the Montgo, a part of the terrace is glazed, creating a magnificent living room. On the second floor, it has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and another terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc. The apartment has satellite TV, Wifi, central air conditioning hot/cold . Community pool garden area, small playground and covered parking within the urbanization.
