You will be staying in the "Villa Rosa", a spacious 5-room house spanning 270 square meters across two levels. The villa offers a comfortable and cozy living environment with a living/dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. The villa includes one room with a French bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC and a bath/shower/WC on the main level, along with floor heating. On the lower ground floor, you will find another living/dining room with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The upper floor houses one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and another room with a French bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
