"Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff. 10 minutes walk to nearest bars / restaurants and another 5 - 10 minutes to centre."

"The main building of the hotel looked nice. The restaurant where breakfast was served and the breakfast itself were good. The staff was nice. However, the building where we were accommodated needs renovation. The elevator did not seem safe, it looked very old, but I believe it is safe. The open entrance hallways did not seem very pleasant. The room was clean, but the condition of the bathroom and especially the kitchen area is very worn. The missing door on the kitchen unit, the condition of the refrigerator and the unclean microwave did not seem good. The bedroom and living room are okay, the advantage is the terrace with a nice view. The price was very good."

"All the staff - from people at the reception to the guy overseeing the breakfast - were so nice, welcoming, and went the extra mile to give us useful recommendations and arrange a taxi for our hike. It definitely added to the overall vibe and made our stay that much more special. The rooms were also quite large and very clean. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Rosa to a friend and will be sure to stay there again if I come back to Denia!"

"We liked the house with the private swimming pool. Denia was within walking distance. We thought we’d ordered a crib and high chair, which wasn’t the case. We called the emergency number and unfortunally had to wait a long time for delivery that evening with a baby. On thursday a slab had fallen over by the pool due to the wind. We phoned and the maintenance was prommised to come but we did not see them. On Saturday evenening we sas a big mouse ( or rat) . The next Morning we found feces in the kitchen and on the bed in our grandson’s bedroom. Again we phoned the emergency number ( sorry on Sunday early in the morning) Thank to Isaac for arranging a new apartment so quickly. Unfortunately the apartment was a downgrade because of no private pool and privacy. Perhaps compensation can be given for that."

"A stunning property in a stunning location, Patricia and Gabi were excellent, very helpful and very accommodating. All three rooms were very large and airy, and the AC was most appreciated in the evenings. As advertised all the local amenities were nearby and Denia is a beautiful town, not too touristy, with loads of options for food, drinks and beach. "
