"Such a cosy comfortable place to stay for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy too & loved the daily room service to take our rubbish & tidy the beds. Very close to the Port and the inhouse pool was just enough for my children. Lovely Kelera had the best smile & service. Handy location and recommend this place for family's & those who would like to be close to the Port in walking distance. Room service was also welcomed and food great too. Family enjoyed their stay. "I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"They are a budget hotel, located right on the beach with amazing customer service. A large bag of laundry cost $9 for them to do and they had it back to us in 4 hours. The meals were good and their pineapple smoothies were delicious."
