This 2nd time we have stayed it was best hotel delhi and exceptional service by the all the staff at The Claridges. Also unexpected upgrade to a supreme room which was amazing and beautiful [only thing the room needed is a long mirror] Plus toilets near the pool. Otherwise a grwat stay and exceptional clean and inviting. Thank you too all the staff at The claridges

Amitah and Karan in particular gave excellent service but all staff were friendly and diligent. Hotel is well managed, food excellent, room quiet, location excellent, and spa offers extensive menu. A terrific place to stay.

Ching the Duty Manager is incredible. She is definitely the go-to person to make your stay at the Claridges a wonderful one. So friendly and helpful. The Claridges feels like a private oasis in a very busy capitol.

Our family stayed there for six nights and loved it. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has some delicious restaurants. Our son got Delhi belly after playing Holi with some family members and getting sprayed in the face with hose water. We were able to order some specific food that he needed at The Claridges to help his stomach with no problem. They are happy to accommodate. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. I arrived at the airport at 1am and a hotel representative was waiting with a sign and promptly lead me to the driver. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in was smooth and I was given the most beautiful room with a huge closet and a clean well-stocked bathroom. The next day, I had the best massage of my life at the spa, where you’re given a huge suite for your treatments (large heated tub, shower, and bathroom). Every member of staff is so helpful and welcoming. I’m already trying to book another room for Christmas as I can’t stop thinking about this beautiful hotel!

spotless room, excellent staff keep this hotel wonderful. Breakfast was also wonderful. however, some of the restaurants in the evening were a bit lacking on service. The Italian/European restaurant was also excellent. We really enjoyed this restaurant the service was much better. There are many extra charges on every restaurant meals(Delhi taxes and service charges etc) so it is expensive for what you get. Our room, had what can only be described as a pretend window. Curtains but no window. It was very small for two people with luggage, but everything in it was to a very high standard. I think this room had just been re-done and it was nice - so we did just try to enjoy it. Overall we did enjoy our stay but I would think twice about returning and maybe try somewhere else.
