"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "

"The room was average, fairly clean. Staff at the front desk were very nice, breakfast was okay but very cold. Parking was okay, the lot needs paving."

"Pool was nice but staff didn’t inform about wrist band policy. Guests ended up telling us. "

"Room had a huge hole in the wall making the idea of a suite pointless. Breakfast was good. Pool was about the same temp as the lake was out side in northern Minnesota."

"Very nice clean rooms. Pretty nice coffee bar 24 hrs a day. Decent breakfast options. Free shuttle to the airport and mall. An Outback next door if your in the mood for steakhouse food or drinks. Yeah. Not a bad place to stay. See you next time, guys"

"Staff was extremely accommodating. Pool was under construction so they made it up by giving us so upgrades on room and service. Always will stay here when going to Minneapolis."

"Both Hannah & Noah, at the front desk reception area, were truly amazing and welcoming. They both provided excellent and professional customer service from our intial interaction and were very accommodating. The hotel and our rooms were clean, organized and quiet. Additional garage parking was available, Transportation to nearby freeways were easily accessible, shopping and local restaurants were close by. Everything was within a short driving range."
