"We asked the hotel in advance for some help when preparing the room for my wife, who has a lot of allergies, and they were very helpful in doing so which was much appreciated."

"If you are looking for a weekend getaway at a property close to everything this is it. It was a great price for the location. Check in was super easy. I didnt have to reach out to the owner but from other reviews his communication is good. The overall place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the showet was amazing. There are a few things that could be better...the ac in the bedroom made a whining noise when turned on and didnt go away, there was several different shampoos and body washes that look like they were left from other guests, and we heard people what sounded like shuffling on the other side of the wall. There was also what smelled like cigarette smoke but I also think that was from the otherside of the wall, it wasnt overwhelmingly though and the listing does say smoking friendly outside. The front door didnt seal very well unless the slide lock and deadbolt were locked. Could probably use weather stripping. Overall we enjoyed our stay and as I said if you want a convenient safe place to sleep this place is it. It was very cozy and we felt safe. "

"Ac works but noise , room it was less the average , no kitchen . Breakfast was terrible .. we left a day before even it was paid . Price was too expensive for it ."

"The pool was amazing.the kitchen lacked knives and there werent any wash cloths and minimal towels. The beighborhood was quiet it was a decent place to crash at night "

"The breakfast I believe should be complimentary to all athletes competing at the academy. Coaches should at least be giving a half price voucher. Some of the morning service staff are not very pleasant also. Maybe with some positive changes as mentioned above will lesson confusion and help the staff have a more pleasant attitude towards athletes and coaches or guests period."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw a few people with dogs on leashes in the lobby so I assume that the hotel welcomed pets. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from LECOM Park and 3.2 miles from Pirate City. This hotel is a good choice for Pirates or Mauraders fans."

"Great place to stay. Clean and Great communication from the host. It is small- but really, comes with everything you need. Comfy beds- quiet rv park- just a short 20 minute drive to beaches! "
