"Slightly dated property but great location if you want to be close to UCF. Breakfast was great. Nice natural area for a walk or run."

"The patio and pool area is nice and good location on the beach about a mile walk to the pier. The rooms and stairwells could use a good cleaning and maintenance. Our sink barely drained and the baseboards in bathroom were rotten near tub easy maintenance stuff but not done. Breakfast was good, we ate around 9 everything was full hot and fresh."
