Things to Know
All of the resort amenities are closed until further notice.
There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.

This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Do Not Rent

The beds are awful. They make a horrible creaking noise every time you turn over. The kitchen sink had no stopper so you couldn’t do dishes. We couldn’t open the sliding door as it wouldn’t slide in the track. We tried to clean it but it didn’t fix it. We had to ask for a new toaster oven as the old one was rusty, dirty and gross. It’s such a shame, as it could be a beautiful unit!

Front door

No one bothered to fix the door...my vacation was half done because every time we went out to try to enjoy someone had to stay at home through the damn door...they have a lousy service that destroys all vacation value of the property, I hope they take more seriously the people who pay for an enjoyment

Business/personal visit

Everyone at the resort was very friendly & easy check-in. Our unit, the floor was not cleaned. Sticky & we moved a mat crushed old blueberry under it. We bought bleach & cleaned it ourself. The entry door is barely hanging on the hinge...needs fixed! Otherwise, kitchen & bathroom was very nice! Room & resort worked great! Just wish the cleaning was done throughly Fantastic trip!!! Pool & beach were excellent!!

The AC did not work and has been broken for sometime, the front desk told us the previous guests said the same thing. The door was literally falling off the hinges and has been this way for a very long time. Embarrassing.

Could be great

Nice place but definitely needs some updates that really could be quick and easy. New beds would be the most expensive, but they definitely need those in the room I was in. The window in the bedroom looking out the balcony was absolutely filthy, would have took about 7 minutes to clean that. The entry door frame into the room could very easily be painted, it looks old and dirty. The balcony off of the living room and kitchen was nice but again very dirty. A little bit of cleaning and a quick slap of paint and it would bev very nice... (with the exception of the rooftop view) You can still see the ocean and the City so it's not the worst. The shower was probably the worst out of everything...dirty, old and did not drain water very well. If you didn't take a quick shower you were going to be standing in water. The kitchen was great, the double sinks in the bathroom were great, the living area was great with the exception of a very small TV. I would recommend to this owner to just invest a couple grand and cleaning and updates and you'll have a very nice place. New beds, updated shower or an extensive cleaning, (clear that shower drain) some paint and some elbow grease and this place could go for more money per night easily. I was disappointed but it was tolerable. You get what you pay for

Nice place. Good location

God size one bedroom for 2 people. bathroom is very big. other rooms are adequate. No dishwasher. Clean and bright and somewhat updated. The location is good. Some noise from the road. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable condo. I recommend you close the curtains in the living room during the day if you are out so that the A.C. can cool the room quicker. The A.C. works fine but the hot Florida weather makes it take awhile to cool off. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen for your stay. We really enjoyed sitting out in the balcony too. It was a nice experience!

Great condo, resort needed

Hi great stay in the condo. Very clean condo, but the resort's grounds outside could have been better cleaned daily. Outside was always still dirty from the night before the next morning even at 10am. Also never saw anyone sanitizing nor cleaning anything outside like tables, chairs, or door handles. Lots of marijuana being smoked. It was so much. Always coming thru air vents and In side the building .

Too expensive for what we had to deal with

Check in was difficult because the owner did not communicate with the check in desk the other people’s names that were staying with me. They arrived before I did and we had to make several phone calls before they were given a room key. I had emailed the owner the names and emails of all of the guests to avoid this. The ac in the bedroom was broken. No one came to fix it. There were bugs. Flying ants and roaches. We paid extra for late check out, but got locked out of our room. The beds are old and noisy. The carpet needs to be cleaned.

The resort is great. We go to DBR every year. Room required major update and cleaning.

Beds are very saggy, towels are dirty, curtains have mold on it, pillows and sheets are gray color supposed to be white. Hope owner of this unit will read this because he or she may not even be aware of the unit condition.
