You’ll be a cool cat when you stay at our groovy mid mod inspired pad! Use the gas grill on the deck or cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen featuring a far out retro fridge, or stream entertainment on the Roku TV.
Our beautiful Mid Mod inspired home is right next to the Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University, and the Soin Medical Center.
The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee and creamers, basic toiletries, three bedrooms and large deck on the backside of the house.

We were known for our level of cleanliness even before the current health concerns, and we continue to give you a perfectly clean stay that you can trust.
Freshly sanitized microfiber cleaning cloths are used only once per area/task, and all cloths are run through a sanitizing, extra hot wash cycle and thoroughly dried on high heat before being used again. Sheets and towels are always clean, white, and sanitized on the hottest wash cycle, with an appropriate amount of bleach to completely sanitize and disinfect.
Enhanced cleaning protocols means we sanitize every surface, door handle, remote, drawer pull, light switch, charging cable, table top, miniblind wand, faucet, microwave controls, Keurig and coffee pot surfaces, opening edge of medicine cabinet, hairdryer, flat iron, lamp switches, bedside table drawer edge, toilet tank lever...if it is a touch-surface it gets sanitized!
After thoroughly cleaning every space, we begin at the back of the house and sanitize our way to the front and out the door, using 70% isopropyl alcohol, as recommended by the CDC, including every touch-surface as we go, and finally the sanitize the keys just before dropping them into the lock box.
Ample cleaning supplies are available in the home, as well as 70% isopropyl alcohol. Alcohol is wonderful for cleaning cell phones, glasses, buckles and zippers on your purse or wallet, your credit cards, laptop surfaces, rental car seatbelt buckles, gear shift, steering wheel, rear view mirror before adjusting, etc.
