Nautika at Bayview, Darwin

Nautika is a spacious apartment which is fully owned and managed by the owner who takes pride in the presentation and inclusions in this property.The apartment is on the top floor of a modern quiet apartment complex overlooking the Bayview Marina, the harbour and the CBD. Its just minutes from the Waterfront Precinct, wave pool and convention centre and is centrally located for all Darwin's major attractions. Bayview is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, walking and cycling tracks, parks and water views.

Please note that a special cancellation policy is now in place for anyone making a booking then being unable to travel due to an unexpected COVID lockdown - details are available direct from the owner.

'Nautika' on the Marina

'Nautika' is a modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on the top floor of the complex accessible by either lift or stairs. The main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite and flat screen television. The second and third bedrooms have built in mirrored robes. The property is airconditioned throughout and boasts a large verandah with an outdoor eating area and barbecue. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The lounge room has a very comfortable lounge suite, subtle lighting and a flat screen television and DVD player. The dining area easily seats six people. The laundry includes a full sized washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two secure car parks underneath and ample visitor car parks outside the building. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Free WIFI

Location

Bayview is a beautiful modern Marina suburb approximately 1km from the Darwin CBD. Modern tropical style homes with beautifully landscaped gardens surround the Marina together with parklands, walking and cycle tracks. There is a regular public bus service from outside the complex to the Waterfront Precinct, CBD and Cullen Bay with connections to all Darwin suburbs and main Darwin attractions.

Brilliant property, terrific location for our Square Dance Convention at Mararra. Pantry and fridge well stocked and watching the loch was interesting. Daily balcony view to CBD. A real thumbs up and would use again if in Darwin

Everything was just amazing. From the easy access and parking to the beautiful apartment with its comfy beds and lounges and beyond to the amply provisioned larder. Way better than expected. We even had a Chrissy tree and decorations. Thanks for having us!

Staying at this awesome apartment was fabulous. The beds were comfy, location was great and the views superb. We really appreciated the extras of bubbles, bread, milk, butter etc on arrival. It was so lovely not to have to think of it when we arrived. Having a range of brochures available for us to check out and peruse was also good. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching the sunset over the mangroves was pure bliss. We also made great use of the pool noodles supplied. They were perfect for the water holes: Berry Springs and the town lagoon come instantly to mind. Jan was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

Great Apartment, Location and Host

Everything about our stay was great. Easy check in, the communication with the host Jan was great and the pantry had lots of items that we would have had to buy on arrival.The apartment had 3 big bedrooms all with their own air cons as well as one in the kitchen/living area so the apartment was always cool and we all got a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. Location on the water with great views of the harbour and city which was only a 10min drive away…If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with a pool located close to everything don’t look any further this is the apartment for you.
