Everything was basic. Worth the mid tier hotel price, you had what you needed. Location is good, it’s right near the water so the view from the breakfast on the rooftop, was gorgeous. The staff was helpful enough. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and went out of their way to help. Gets a solid B. The only thing I highly suggest bypassing is their restaurant - not great food but incredibly expensive, and I’m comparing to nyc prices

We loved staying in this hotel for nine nights and another three nights with a break in between to travel to Izmir, Foca and Ayvalik. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. However, the best part was the very friendly staff, Şule Hanım at the front desk who treated us like family, Görkem Bey, who offered to help with anything we needed, İsmet Usta in the restaurant, who offered to cook us dishes/ deserts we missed, the gentleman from Turkmenistan who cleaned our rooms, and many others at the front desk and in the restaurant, whose names we can not remember. Each and everyone of them made us feel at home. Gleam Bomonti will definitely be our home away from home as we visit İstanbul with our children in the future. Thank you…

The room was at the top floor with window view of Galata tower in the distance. The restaurant is a gem. Both for the full breakfast as well as dinner. You can see Bosphorus and Hagia Sofia. Quality is great and the hotel is sparkling clean. Location is ideal. 5 minutes away from Galata Bridge and Sultanahmet square. Close enough for Spice and Grand bazaar. Just around the corner you can take T1 tram for Taksim. Highly recommended.

We loved the location of the hotel - so easy to navigate around the districts. Room was spacious with a side / front view of the sea and mosque. Was on floor 8 which was quiet. Breakfast plentiful and staff friendly and helpful. Did not eat there for dinner or use the spa so cannot comment. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.
