Well, to start with the ice machine was out of service. They did give me a plastic bag with ice in it. Next, there was a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. I didn’t complain about that or the fact that there was no where to hang clothes. There seemed to be an area for that, but the rod was not there. However, the main problem was the TV was unwatchable. I had to go to the front desk three times to address the TV issue. And they sent someone to the room each time, but the problem was not fixed. The last time the maintenance man came and I asked him to switch out the TV and the TV box. He acted like they didn’t know if they had one so I asked him to take one out of a room that was not used. I know there were plenty of vacant rooms because I can see the curtains open in them when I walk along the entrance. He said he would check it at the front desk, but he never came back to my room or responded. I complained when I left. Very bad experience.
