"This is by far the best hotel that I've stayed in. It's clean, spacious, fancy and the surrounding area is very safe. The customer service and staff are top notch and very friendly makong me feel like I'm home. It was sad to leave but the precious memories there will linger with me forever. "

"The room was very dirty and falling apart (towel rod half fallen off, mold, etc., plus the toilet had a leak, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke). I would not recommend staying here. The upper shower head had leaks that pointed at the ceiling, so I was afraid to use it in case it caused damage to the ceiling. "Easily accessible by car, short distance from road and lit up at night with hotel name. Manager did not speak any English. But he showed us the room and how it worked, with car parked under the room and separate stairs up to it. Room warm and bed less firm than others in Korea. Plenty of hot water. Arrived with gate closed but opened when drove up to it (cctv monitored by manager and opened on way out). No breakfast. Only small towels. No amenities near hotel."

"it was a decent stay, nothing much to complain or review on since we spent our time mostly outside of the hotel wandering Busan. just minor details such as the slightly dusty wall, non-functional light at the door entrance near the shoe area in our room and the bathtub having slight discoloration (or is it yellow putty filled in chipped spots?) but we didn’t use it. overall it was an easy stay with clean bed and a functional tv!"
