"Awful experience. Arrived at midnight after very long journey with my kids x3. Turned out our room which was specified as having a double bed and a sofa bed was no longer available. I paid extortionate £211 which was incredibly frustrating as it was, but fully understand as commonwealth games on in Glasgow it was boon time for hotels. My how they've been cashing in too.
