I stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Dallas - Las Colinas from June 6–8, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was extremely poor—not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.
Upon check-in, I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water. When I asked, I was told it would cost $2.50. It's a small thing, but it says a lot about the level of hospitality. Something as basic as water should be a courtesy, especially after a long trip.
The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful overall. There was no effort to make guests feel welcomed or valued. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I do not recommend staying here, and I definitely won’t be returning.
