Breakfast buffet was worth the extra voucher. The rooms were clean and the hotel overall was in a very convenient location. The only negative for us was the beds were not as comfortable . But overall we had a nice stay.

I liked it overall but not quite expecting such an industrial feel. The small sink and shower gave it a prison cell vibe but my wife and I laughed and made the best of our stay. If that was the vibe you were selling, you hit the mark. The bed was soooooo comfortable and we had a very memorable stay :)

The staff was very blah and not accommodating. The 3rd shift man was nice as the exception not the rule. First time staying and loved the property itself. Clean room, stylish and modern.

My first time staying at NYLO, and I can honestly say I’ll be booking with them again in the future! The staff were amazing, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend NYLO! 10/10

This was our 2nd stay at this location. With some years in between and some upgrades, the location was as clean, calm and comfortable as before. Room had everything we needed with the exception of a mini fridge to hold food we had left over. Restroom was exceptionally clean, beds were clean and very comfortable. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Breakfast buffet was hot and delicious. Grounds were very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Within walking distance of restaurants, gas stations and delicious treats. Other guests were also very nice and respectful of the location. We will definitely plan another trip to the DFW area, making NYLO our first choice every time!

loved my stay here, was helped by Jordyn at the front desk who was lovely as well as Judi in the restaurant. would recommend for anyone. note for the sink, very small so only good for brushing teeth. personally needed to wash my face while in the shower otherwise using the sink is too difficult, wasn’t a big deal for me though.

Room was very clean and comfortable, just lacks a little bit of functionality. The bathroom sink was a bit too small and shower water goes all over the bathroom floor while it’s on.
