The rooms were actually clean and the staff was great. They actually have a person there that cooks omelets to order. The inside of the building is just super rundown. The carpets are filthy and the rooms smell very musty

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean along with all towels and bedding . The shower has excellent water pressure! Elevators were not functional during the stay and back door keyfob was not functional either. So had to use stairs to get to our 3rd floor room and walk to the front instead, especially when room was at the back of the building. Not the end of the world, got steps in, but inconvenient especially when paying full price.

When we arrived the elevator was broken and we had to carry all of our luggage up and down stairs, the first floor ice maker was broken as well. Appears no one is putting any money towards maintaining the property. The hallways were filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or vacuumed. Both the elevator and the ice machine remained broken when we checked out two nights later. On a positive note the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and our room was clean.

The location was great, near our daughter’s apartment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, but one fabric chair in the room needed cleaning or replacing. Other than that it was well maintained. The hotel overall needs a little updating, but we would likely stay here again.

This Fairfield Inn delivered! - Clean room, great breakfast, and really helpful staff. Because it has merged facilities with Courtyard by Marriott next door, you can enjoy so much more at this hotel for the price. Smart Marriott!

Really great experince for a very decent price. Great location, staff, and safe parking. Breakfast area is very small, therefore it was hard to properly eat when a lot of people where there. Plan your breakfast run accordingly! 100% recommend and would stay there again.

Super convenient and close to our training facility. The front desk clerk, Barbara, was amazing in making sure we got everything we needed. A hot breakfast was exactly what we needed before heading to the training facility every day. We will stay there every time we are in Dallas.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the property was safe and quiet. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. But the best part of our stay was the wonderful staff - especially Barbara at the front desk. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
