I would give the staff a 10 at the front desk! The over all room was an 8 on clean, but a 2 on the shower it had black mold on the floor tiles and grout. We always enjoy staying at Aloft Plano when we come to town.

I had to fly into TX last minute and booked a room the same night. Upon arriving, the bar was fully stocked, the bartender was cordial and friendly. I was able to enjoy a drink and some Buffalo wings right at the hotel and retire to my room, which was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and return for another stay.
