"The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better."

"Underwhelming as a vacation hotel. The hotel itself was ok, but the surrounding area was not good. Only limited choices of food at the restaurant in the hotel. Needed to walk 10mins to find a decent restaurant. Only a small outdoor pool. Work out area is very small. Bed was ok, not very comfortable for a vacation hotel. Limited choices for breakfast. Coffee machine was not commercial level, broken every several minutes. The good side is the hotel is just several minutes walking to Daguan Park...

"Good view!!"

"Perfect area, really nice hotel, central to the entire city. Room is very comfy and clean."

"The meditation given in the afternoon and evening were great. We missed the morning yoga because we were out walking around the wetlands. Truly beautiful and virtually across the street. We lived our short stay there"

"First time in China quite a shock very little English spoken wasn't prepared for language barrier didn't help my phone wasn't recieving WiFi very well either As this Hotel brand is European was expecting staff to speak at least 1 other Staff were not helpful at all"

"This hotel is near the North Railway station and not near Dongfeng square. Also if you are ordering a Didi the name of the Hotel is Time Walk S. The wifi at the hotel is effectively unusable. If useable wifi not an issue for you then i would give it a 4 star (minus 1 on location)."

"good choice in kunming"

"다들 친절했어요"

"Really nice location. Nice food street virtually next door. Easy DiDi ride to wherever you want to go if you dont like walking. I like walking . Great lounge for afternoon tea or coffee on the 5th floor. Take advantage of it. Staff was all very kind and helpful"

"The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. "

"The hotel is right across the Green Lake. Traffic in Kunming was the worst I have ever seen in China, especially around the city center so be mindful how much time you need to go around places. Breakfast buffet was ok for the hotels in Kunming. When I arrived, the hotel told me the room type I booked ran out, so you better call them beforehand to make sure the room type you booked is available."

"I like the personal touch with before bed snacks. Staff is excellent response and friendly."
