It was a rainy night as I walked back to the hotel, jumping from one puddle to another. I was glad to see that the entrance to the boutique was not flooded. The boutique is located at the beginning of a small slope, so all the water was naturally diverted down to a nearby farm.
I had the balcony room, which features a half-bathroom wall made of non-transparent glass, providing plenty of ventilation. The A/C unit seemed brand new and cooled the room very quickly. Although the room felt a bit small due to the large bed—which could easily accommodate two people—it was still quite comfortable. The balcony had a table and chair, where I sat to use my laptop.
The TV had Netflix, YouTube, and other apps already installed. I really enjoyed the cookies provided on the first day, but when I ran out, I was given a different kind that was just okay. Breakfast was included, but I ate out with friends that morning, so I can’t comment on it.
