"Rental company was extremely responsive! We walked into a very clean house. Property was great! It has a bit of wear and tear and I believe the rental company will be very responsive to our suggestions, especially the need of a new fridge since the current fridge is 2002 model. It doesn't match the other superior kitchen appliances. A couple of things to note if you are a boater and using the dock to bring your own boat: 1. You can't leave your trailer in the driveway, so plan ahead where you will store it. 2. This particular property is next to the entrance for the barge that comes in to clean all the weeds, and as such, the side yard is empty and lots of geese and geese poop. You can buy geese deterrent items and should do so prior to your visit and bring them with you. Otherwise you will be hosing massive amounts of poop off the dock and your boat deck which is a bit of a daily chore. 3. Ask for a tool to clean up the weeds around the dock. We couldn't find one, but we noticed many neighbors and locals using a special tool to clean the weeds around the dock. We would absolutely stay at this property again if the fridge is replaced. The neighbors were friendly, and there is a lot of space to relax."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfy bedrooms, functional kitchen with enough dishware, glasses and implements. We used the property for a boy's weekend away for scuba classes in nearby meek's Bay. Filled that objective admirably!"

"We had a great stay and definitely give this home 5 stars!Pros:The home has been recently renovated and has lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The finishes are simple but really nice and everything felt comfortable and well cared for. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were great. We loved the dock and having paddle boards available. The ping pong table was a fun bonus. The owners were also very communicative and attentive throughout our stay.A couple things worth noting:There are two exterior security cameras located directly in the center of the back decks with one on each level. We completely understand having exterior security cameras, but given their placement in the main outdoor living areas, it did feel a little more noticeable than we would have preferred.We would have absolutely considered staying here again next summer. Unfortunately, when we looked at the exact same dates for next August, the price had increased by several thousand dollars, which sadly prices us out for a return stay. We’re really glad we had the opportunity to stay when we did!Overall, a beautiful, comfortable Tahoe home with a great dock, lots of thoughtful touches, and attentive owners. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We had the most enjoyable time at this home. It had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, didn’t even need to run the dishwasher every day! Plenty of towels and it was great to have laundry machines if we needed them. A big plus for us was the deck with BBQ and backyard for the kids to throw around a nerf ball. Beautiful hot tub was a delight!! Will definitely come back here. Our host responded very quickly whenever I texted with a question. Highly recommend!!"
