"I was expecting to rooms to look exactly like what I seen on Expedia‘s website. It was the total opposite dated dirty unsanitized rooms with worn out linens curtains with 1 inch of dust and dirt dirty phones, chipped up furniture stains on the couches. This is not acceptable at all. The continental breakfast area was not acceptable."

"The condition of this motel room was the worst room I’ve EVER stayed in. Their bathroom light didn’t work, the washroom light didn’t work, the entry light didn’t work and I took video of it all. The floors were dirty and had pieces of trash that didn’t get picked up. The microwave and refrigerator were disgustingly dirty and wouldn’t THINK of putting any food in either of them. The carpet was loose and had a hump in it, which was a tripping hazard. Three of the light switches were broken and...
