The villa is spread over a single floor. It is accessed from a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with modern appliances and dining area. The living area is bright and cozy, with direct access to a veranda. The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners and a sitting area with comfortable sofas for relaxing outdoors.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.

The villa is embellished by the presence of a beautiful 5x10 mt swimming pool perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The 'large solarium is equipped with sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing in total relaxation and an outdoor shower.

The villa also has a gas barbecue, perfect for organizing outdoor barbecues and convivial dinners.

-The Guest, after a careful inspection of the rental unit, its premises and facilities, will take possession of the property. If any infrastructure problem exits, the Guest must notify the Host so that the problem can be fixed within reasonable times. Any claim will be accepted after check-out. -The Guest is kindly request to pay a deposit in cash (as stated on the booking) which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay, after the Host has ensured that the property and its facilities have not been damaged. -The Guest is responsible for cleaning up the kitchen area and washing the dishes. -It is Guest’s responsibility to recycling according to the calendar that you will find at home. Failing to do so it will applied a fine of € 50.00. -It is a Guest’s responsibility to ensure that the property in the same conditions as upon arrival. Any loss or damage caused by negligence or wilful neglect will be automatically deducted from breakage deposit. -At check-out it is Guest’s responsibility to empty the fridge and kitchen cabinet from any left-overs. -The Guest is requested to act in a responsible manner at all times, and with respect towards other guest and neighbours. The Host reserves the discretionary right, acting in good faith, to ask any individual to vacate the villa for disruptive behaviour, without any refund. -The Guest exempts the Host from any liability for any damages caused by the Guest or any member of the guest’s party even for the use of the swimming pool. In the event of controversy arising from the booking and the letting, the only place of jurisdiction is Italian Courts with its laws. -Only the total number of guest specified in the booking contract at the time of reservation can be accommodated in the property and stay during the rental period. -Parties are strictly forbidden. -The Owner and/or the Caretaker is authorized to access the property for maintenance works likes swimming pool’s cleaning, gardening or for the resolution of problem reported by the Guests. -The Guest is kindly asked to vacate the property by 10 am on departure day. Any different check out time must be agreed with Local Assistant.
