** Important Note About Lake Alexander:

Lake Alexander has zebra mussels, so we highly recommend wearing water shoes.
If you’re bringing your own watercraft- please clean, drain, and dry your boat before launching and again after leaving. This helps prevent the spread of zebra mussels and other invasive species to nearby lakes.

MORRISON COUNTY STR NOISE ORDINANCE
• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc. This includes using the firepit/deck after 10pm and being careful with volume of voices. We prefer you to use the garage game room for evening time with friends and family. Thank you!
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and Safely screening is required to book with us.
➝ Smoking is not allowed!
➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
➝ Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
