"Very happy with this hotel. We chose it as it’s close to the Camino. Location is very central in Melide. We had a wonderfully big room which was beautifully decorated and modern with nice touches. Bed was nice and big. Great shower and big jet bath on our room. Downstairs was a washer/drier (€8 for a wash and tumble dry) which was very useful as we are half way through our Camino walk. Reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend, especially to anyone walking the Camino! Also we recommend going to A Garnacha - the local octopus restaurant, which was a great find. "

"Bizarrely my bathroom toilet had a bidet in the way of the toilet, so you couldn’t sit straight, also there was a pillar at the end of the bed, so it was very difficult to walk around the twin bed. Rather bizarre design errors. Otherwise not bad"

"Room smelled like cat urine. The ammonia smell was so strong we had to open the door and the window. There were a lot of women hairs in the wall of the shower. The staff were rude and not helpful. I took a shower and the water leaked covering the entire bathroom floor. On top of that the room was next to the coffee machine and the sound of the machine woke us up every 5 minutes since 5:00am. "
